Joe Hantos is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in building and leading talent acquisition functions across various industries. Currently serving as Principal for Executive Search and Venture Success at Mach49 since February 2023, Joe focuses on founding leadership teams for new ventures in the US and EMEA. Previously, Joe held key positions at Crypto.com, where responsibilities included global executive recruiting, and at ultimate.ai, where efforts centered on establishing the talent function. Joe's tenure at Google spanned several roles, contributing to executive searches across Asia Pacific and leading the launch of the Google Cloud Leadership Hiring Team. Earlier career experiences include roles at Tesla Motors and as a technical recruiter. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master's degree in International Finance from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
