Eugene Gaysinskiy

Eugene Gaysinskiy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in systematic trading strategies and commodity structuring. Currently serving as Managing Director at Macquarie Group since October 2025, Gaysinskiy previously held the position of Managing Director at Barclays, among other roles in the firm, from February 2013 to October 2025. Prior to this, Gaysinskiy worked at Barclays Capital as Assistant Vice President, focusing on marketing, pricing, and execution of structured notes and options, as well as developing commodity index strategies. Gaysinskiy's career began at Lehman Brothers, where contributions included various analyst roles, and started with an analyst position at Con Edison. Gaysinskiy holds a B.S. in Information Systems and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University and completed early education at Brooklyn Technical High School.
