Pavel Asanov

Pavel Asanov is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with significant experience in startup incubation and mentorship. As a Co-Founder, COO, and Product Manager at Finta since May 2018, Pavel has played a pivotal role in developing a secure, cloud-based fundraising platform for startups. At the Founder Institute, Pavel has led over 80 training sessions and mentored more than 200 companies, showcasing expertise in research, customer discovery, lean product development, and market entry strategies. In addition, Pavel serves as a Startup Mentor at Macquarie University Incubator, advising founders on go-to-market strategies and fundraising. Previously, as Managing Partner of Sound Facets LLC from 2004 to 2018, Pavel co-founded and scaled a security services company. Pavel holds a Global Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie Business School and a degree in Engineering Electronics and Communication from Tashkent College of Informatics and Computer Engineering.
