CMO at Mad Engine

Dean Allen is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Mad Engine. Prior to their current position, Dean held various leadership roles in the apparel industry - most notably as the Vice President of Sales and Licensing at Hybrid Apparel and Senior Buyer of Missy Knit Tops at Walmart.

Dean has extensive experience in building successful assortments for branded, private label, and licensed merchandise. Dean has also launched multiple brands, including the MMA Elite brand which reached over $200 million in sales across multiple departments and categories at Walmart.

Throughout their career, Dean has traveled internationally to work with key import suppliers and has built strong relationships with companies such as Hanes, VF, and numerous domestic suppliers. Their expertise in the apparel industry makes him a valuable asset to Mad Engine.

Dean Allen's educational career includes studying business, management, marketing, and related support services at Liberty University, taking core classes at NWACC, and attending Washington Academy.

They are on a team with Erik Johnson - CFO, Avner Barber - SVP Operations & IT, and Dolores Ordas - VP of People and Culture. Dean Allen reports to Danish Gajiani, CEO.
