Gavin Farnam

Gavin Farnam joined Madison Marquette in 2020 as President, Retail Services. In this role, Gavin leads Madison Marquette’s retail property management and leasing teams, which encompass more than 10 million square feet of retail properties across 10 markets in the United States.

With over 17 years of real estate and leadership experience, Gavin brings an in-depth background in leading all facets of retail operations. In addition to Gavin’s retail experience, he has held leadership roles with oversight of office and industrial portfolios as well as over 10 years at Westfield Corporation managing flagship centers.

Prior to joining Madison Marquette, he was the Retail Practice Leader for CBRE’s Retail Property Management business in the Americas. Under his leadership, he helped to build a fully integrated retail platform that included specialty experts and capabilities for all aspects of retail services. Aligning investor objectives with customized retail solutions, resulted in significant retail management growth, reputation and service excellence for the firm.
