Lori Coleman

Lori Coleman is currently the regional general manager for Madison Marquette’s Bay Area client portfolio of over 780,000 SF of shopping centers. She oversees the property and accounting teams and has a direct relationship with each owner ensuring their individual needs and reporting requirements are met. Recently, Lori served as project manager for Madison Marquette’s La Brea project in West Hollywood, an 84,000 SF redevelopment of unique architecture to create a true urban district and destination for retail, restaurants, galleries and creative offices.

Her experience in commercial real estate includes a diverse background in accounting, property management, and project management of hotel, retail, industrial, and office properties. Before re-joining Madison Marquette in 2008, Lori was a project and asset manager for Snell & Co where she oversaw the development of the Nut Tree Family Park and related commercial development of the 80 acre Nut Tree in Vacaville. Before that, she was a project manager for Madison Marquette Retail Services, Inc. where she oversaw the re-positioning of Bayfair Mall in San Leandro. This included a $20 million renovation of all common area finishes, reconfiguration of the project to accommodate two big box tenants, tenant coordination for 15 new tenants, and an overhaul of the central plant and life safety system. Lori was project manager for the final phase of the $125 million development of Bay Street Emeryville – a retail, entertainment, and dining lifestyle center. She also oversaw the interior reconfiguration of a historical retail/office building in downtown San Francisco.

Prior to Madison Marquette, Lori was a project coordinator with Winship Properties working on the award winning renovation of 5 branded full service hotels. She was also responsible for property management and execution of major capital improvements for a portfolio of distressed properties. Lori began her career in property and corporate accounting.

Lori has a Master of Public Administration degree from San Francisco State University and a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara. She also holds a RPA designation from BOMA and a California Real Estate Salesperson License.
