Michael Harboe-Jørgensen

Michael Harboe-Jørgensen is the current Head of Investor Relations at Maersk Drilling. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director, Head of Strategy and Stakeholder Relations at Maersk Drilling from March 2007 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for advising the CEO on strategic matters, developing and implementing corporate strategy, and overseeing the annual strategic planning and capital allocation process.

Under Michael's leadership, Maersk Drilling increased revenue from $1.9bn to $2.5bn, EBITDA from $862m to $1,396m with an average ROIC of 9.7%. Number of employees increased by more than 2000.

Michael is an expert in strategy and leadership, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful business plans. Michael is a strong collaborator, able to build consensus and drive results through effective team work.
