Anette Ryde

Anette Ryde is the General Counsel and Head of Legal & Tax at Maersk Tankers A/S, where they have led the legal and tax teams since 2013, overseeing all legal matters including corporate governance, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Anette also serves as a board member of the Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) since 2025. Previously, they held the position of Head of Group Competition Compliance at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2009 to 2013. Anette's academic qualifications include a Master of Laws in European Law from King's College London and a Cand.jur in Law from Aarhus University, complemented by participation in the Blue Board Leadership Program at Copenhagen Business School.
