Mayank Jauhari

Mayank Jauhari is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in compensation and benefits, workforce transformation, and organizational capability across several multinational companies. Currently serving as the Director HR at A.P. Moller - Maersk since January 2017, Mayank has led various HR initiatives, including a significant global HR transformation project for Asia and managing the performance and rewards for over 12,000 associates across India, the Philippines, and China. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Novartis, HR Business Partner at PepsiCo, and HR Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, with a solid foundation in HR generalist functions developed during early career experiences at HCL Technologies and Whirlpool Corporation. Mayank holds a PGPHR in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and an Engineering degree in Metallurgy from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
