Roberta Duarte

Roberta Duarte is the current Head of HR for APAC at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Roberta has previously held positions as HR Head for Costa Rica and Panama at Citi, HR VP for Corporate and Consumer Bank Independent Risk and Compliance, PAO and Legal at Citigroup Latin America, and HR Generalist/Quality and Process Improvement Manager at Citi. Roberta has also served as a SR HR Generalist at SFG Latin America and a Trainee at the American Chamber of Commerce.

Duarte has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee satisfaction, talent management, and compensation. Roberta is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute action plans to achieve business goals. Duarte is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
