Helmuth Sachsenmaier

Helmuth Sachsenmaier has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering for global Driveline Systems and previously as the Director of Capital and Manufacturing Technology at Magna Powertrain since November 1998. Prior to this role, Helmuth worked as a consultant at Simma & Partner Consulting from September 1995 to October 1998, specializing in productivity improvement and the analysis and optimization of manufacturing and logistic systems across automotive and aluminium extrusion sectors. Helmuth holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Graz, Austria, earned between 1986 and 1994, and completed secondary education at HTL Jenbach from 1981 to 1986.
