Patricia Delano

Patricia DeLano, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Global Engineering at Magna International since August 2014, Patricia has held multiple positions within the company, including Sr. Human Resources Manager. Previous experience includes a tenure at Guardian Industries, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and organizational design, and a role as Human Resources Director at Active Aero Group, where Patricia established a compliant HR department. Patricia holds both an MSBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Madonna University.
