Cindy McElfresh

Cindy McElfresh has extensive experience in business systems solutions and financial operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Business Systems Solutions at Magnit since February 2008. In this role, Cindy leads a systems team that supports global operations and oversees large-scale technology projects across multiple work streams. Previous positions at Magnit include Manager and Sr. Analyst, where responsibilities involved collaboration with various departments and managing critical components of the PeopleSoft ERP upgrade. Prior to Magnit, Cindy held leadership roles at Radiological Associates of Sacramento, Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, and NovaCare Rehabilitation, demonstrating a strong background in team management and operational efficiency in the financial sector. Cindy is an alumnus of American River College.
