Evelyne Carme

Evelyne Carme is an experienced professional with a strong background in contingent workforce strategy, governance, and talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as Novartis Executive Account Director at Magnit since June 2023, Evelyne focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the DACH region with operational oversight of the Novartis client. Prior roles include Global Director of Contingent Workforce Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities encompassed governance framework setup and supplier performance management for a global workforce of 23,000, and Regional Program Manager for Credit Suisse, overseeing multi-faceted HR operations in the APAC region. Evelyne also contributed significantly as Talent Acquisition Practice Lead at Davidson and Business Manager at Capgemini, facilitating recruitment and project services in competitive environments.
