Jessica Kane is the Chief Client Officer at PRO Unlimited. Jessica has over twenty years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Jessica started their career at Accenture, where they spent six years as the Senior Managing Director - North America for the Talent & Organization | Cloud Change Acceleration practice. In this role, they were responsible for helping clients transform their organizations' culture and talent to adopt new, digital ways of working. The practice grew to $1 billion in sales under their leadership.

Jessica then became the Global Talent & Organization Practice Lead for Aerospace & Defense. In this role, they were responsible for deploying digital transformation at pace and scale delivering positive employee impact & experience throughout all business functions.

Jessica was also the Global PRIDE Executive Sponsor for Accenture's Communication, Media, Technology, and Aerospace & Defense practice, increasing DEI impact to our global LGBTQ+ employees and clients.

In their current role as Chief Client Officer at PRO Unlimited, Jessica is responsible for leading the company's client service organization. Jessica is passionate about helping clients solve their toughest business challenges and preparing them for a highly-digital, post-COVID future.

Jessica Kane holds a MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a BA in Psychology and Business from the same school. Jessica also has a certification from SHRM in GPHR.
