CA Rahul Kedia is a seasoned professional in the field of internal audit, currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit at Mahyco since March 2024. Previously, Rahul held the position of Senior Manager Internal Audit at Kalyani Steels Limited from April 2023 to March 2025, and acted as Manager of Internal Audit at Desai Brothers Ltd. from August 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included heading the Internal Audit and Secretarial Department. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Internal Audit at L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited from June 2017 to April 2023. Rahul Kedia is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary, having completed qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan.
