Laura Appolloni

Laura Appolloni is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the Launch System Architect and System Engineering Product Owner at MaiaSpace since September 2022. Previously, Laura held the position of Themis 1H Ground Segment Product Owner at ArianeGroup from April 2021 to September 2022, and also worked at ArianeWorks as Ground Systems and Operations staff from February 2020 to September 2022, contributing to the innovation and development of Ground Systems for future European launchers. Earlier roles include Head of the Ground Systems Department at the Centre National d'Études Spatiales - DLA, where leadership was provided over a team focused on launch systems development and operations, and various engineering and project management positions within the European Space Agency and ArianeGroup. Laura holds an Executive MBA from the International Space University and multiple degrees in aeronautics, astronautics, and engineering from esteemed institutions.
