Mark Harris is the Chief Planning Officer at Maine Medical Center. Mark has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on consulting and project management. Harris began their career as a consultant with Mark S. Harris Consulting, where they worked on projects for Medicare Part D processing for TMG Health. Harris then became the lead IS delivery executive for TMG, guiding them through a business transformation.
Harris has also worked on reconciling $150M outstanding CMS Prescription Drug Event (PDE) for large Part D companies, and has conceptualized and developed new product offerings in collaboration with CEOs of successful US PBM companies.
