Margo McEwen Peffer

Margo McEwen Peffer is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at MaineHealth since January 2023. Previously, Margo held the position of Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Hannaford Supermarkets from January 2018 to January 2023, following a tenure as Director of Human Resources at Hannaford from June 2015 to January 2018. Margo has extensive experience in Human Resources within the retail and corporate sectors, having worked as Manager of Corporate Human Resources at Delhaize America and as a Pharmacy Recruiter at Hannaford Supermarkets. Margo's earlier roles include Category Manager and Store Manager at Delhaize America and Hannaford, respectively. Margo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine and completed the Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School in 2018.
