Jacqueline Rouse

Jacqueline Rouse is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group People Director at Majestic Wine since May 2021, Rouse previously held the position of People Director at Prezzo Ltd from March 2019 to May 2021. Prior to this, Rouse was HR Director and Head of Human Resources at Hobbs London, and HR Business Partner for Europe at De Beers Diamond Jewellers, managing HR for Retail Operations in France and the UK. Rouse also has extensive experience as Head of HR at Moet Hennessy UK Ltd, HR & Development Manager for Northern Europe at The Coca-Cola Company, and HR Business Partner at United Biscuits. Rouse began her career as Personnel Manager at Marks and Spencer. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from the University of Sussex.
