Kirstine Hartung Larsen is the head of Marketing & Communication at MakeImpact. Kirstine has over fifteen years of experience in the financial and marketing industries. Kirstine started their career in 2005 as a team manager at Berlingske Bladsalg og Service A/S. In 2007, they became the SAP Process Manager at Berlingske Officin. In 2008, they joined Nykredit Asset Management as a Marketing Consultant. Kirstine was promoted to Head of Channel Communication at Danske Capital in 2012 and held this position until 2016 when they joined Danske Bank as the Head of Wealth Management Marketing & Customer Engagement. Kirstine left Danske Bank in 2016 to join Nykredit as the Head of Wealth Management Customer Experience, a position they held until 2021 when they joined MakeImpact.

Kirstine Hartung Larsen has a degree in marketing communications management from Copenhagen Business School and a degree in English and communications from the same school. Kirstine also has a certification from Acuity World in personal leadership and from Implement Consulting Group in project management.
