Taylor Cox

Taylor Cox is an experienced EDM Application Engineer Team Leader at Makino, having progressed from a Summer Intern to a leadership role since joining in August 2013. With expertise in Wire Electrical Discharge Machine (WEDM) processes, Taylor provides technical advice, assistance, and training to colleagues while specializing in advanced test cuts with exotic materials. Prior to this, Taylor gained valuable experience through internships at Makino and Seco Tools, and served as a student volunteer at the COE 2013 conference. Taylor holds multiple degrees from Ferris State University, including a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and an A.A.S. in Manufacturing Technology.
