Anne-France van de Put is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in both advisory and managerial roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Malaria Consortium since February 2020, Anne-France also founded TALEANS CONSULTING in January 2012, offering executive coaching and career services in multiple languages. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Internews Network, Executive Coach for The Start Network and UpRising Leadership, and International Recruiter & HR Officer at International Medical Corps. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The New School, as well as various certifications in executive coaching and training on humanitarian standards. Recent studies at the African Management Institute have further enhanced management skills.
