Lil Li Leong has over 16 years of experience in Group-level Human Capital roles, focusing on employee engagement and well-being. They served as VP Head of Group Employee Engagement & Wellbeing at Maybank, where they designed and implemented various employee engagement initiatives to enhance business results. Lil's prior roles included positions as AVP Head of Employee Engagement and Values Design and Team Leader for Strategic & Engagement Projects at Maybank. They began their career as a Claims Examiner at ACS HR Solutions and later worked as a Marketing Communications Executive at Sunway Group. Lil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Malaya and certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Strategic HR Business Partnering.
