Surendran Rajasingam is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT operations and service delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of IT Operations & Support at Malaysia Airports since August 2025, Rajasingam drives IT excellence and oversees critical operational teams. Previously, as Director of Service Management at Prudential Services Asia, Rajasingam led the IT Service Management team, enhancing service delivery aligned with business goals. A notable tenure at AirAsia included roles such as Head of Corporate IT and Head of Information Technology, where Rajasingam introduced new technologies and processes to improve workflows and operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in service management initiated at OCBC Bank and Atos, Rajasingam holds an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland and a Bachelor's degree from Binary University.
