Jack D. Springer is the current CEO of Malibu Boats. Jack has held previous positions as the Chief Executive Officer of Diamondback Tactical, the Chief Integration Officer of Nautic Global Group, and the Interim CEO of Allen White Furniture Company. Jack has also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of American Plastics, Inc.

Springer began their career with Diamondback Tactical in June 2007. The company was struggling at the time, and was unprofitable under the leadership of the founder. Springer took on the role of CEO and began drafting a strategy to transition the company from a distribution company to a manufacturing company. Within twelve months, Diamondback was profitable and working capital positive. The company then began financing growth and executed the strategy of migrating to manufacturing without any investment from the owners.

In November 2004, Springer became the Chief Integration Officer of Nautic Global Group. Jack held this position until August 2007 when they took on the role of Interim CEO of Allen White Furniture Company. Jack held this position until May 2007.

In July 2005, Springer became the Chief Restructuring Officer of American Plastics, Inc. Jack held this position until March 2006.

Jack D. Springer attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Some direct reports include Dan L. Gasper - Vice President of Product Design, Cory Dugger - Vice President of Engineering, and Donna Tallent - Vice President of Manufacturing.
