Catherina Ballan is currently the People & Culture Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with previous experience in various HR roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Prior to that, Catherina worked in event sales and human resources positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., Mise en Place, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Catherina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Hotel Management from NHTV Academy of Hotel Management.
