Satyendra Balot

Satyendra Balot has extensive experience in the refining and petrochemical industry, currently serving as Chief Manager at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals LTD since April 2017, focusing on PFCC and CHT units. Previous roles include Senior Manager, where responsibilities involved shift management and supervision during major shutdowns in 2017 and 2019, and Deputy Manager Operations, ensuring the smooth operation of the same units. Satyendra began with Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd. in September 2006 as Senior Engineer, successfully commissioning key equipment and coordinating projects. Satyendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, Jodhpur, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
