Will Svitek

Will Svitek is a Real Estate Associate at Manhattan West where he is integrally involved in all aspects of the firm’s real estate operations. His responsibilities include underwriting potential development and investment opportunities, performing market research, and conducting due diligence for new acquisitions.

Prior to joining Manhattan West, Mr. Svitek was a Senior Consultant in the Financial Consulting Group at CBRE where he worked directly with the National Partners Capital Markets industrial team. There he led the team’s financial analysis, underwriting $1B+ in closed transactions, while working on investment sales, development/redevelopment scenarios, condo/user sales, land residuals, sale-leasebacks, pre-commits, portfolio transactions and ground leases.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Svitek played ten seasons in the National Football League, where he displayed versatility, adaptability, and unselfishness by playing multiple positions. He was also an NFL Ambassador to the USO, participating on several tours to the Middle East/Africa. In addition, Mr. Svitek participated in the NFL Business and Entrepreneurial Programs during the off-season, where he took executive education classes at the business schools of Harvard, Kellogg, Notre Dame, Wharton, and Stanford.

Mr. Svitek received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University, where he was also a two-sport student-athlete and a 3-Time All-Pac Ten Conference Academic selection. In addition, he earned a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California upon retiring from the NFL. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, running on the beach, doing hot yoga, and mentoring with the Walk with Sally Foundation.
