Nathalie Assen

Nathalie Assen, MSc, PCC, currently serves as the Coach Engagement Coordinator for EMEA at Sounding Board, Inc., and holds positions as a Leadership Coach and member of the Coach Network Leadership Team. With extensive experience in leadership coaching, Nathalie supports multiple educational programs, including the Executive MBA at Mannheim Business School and the International MBA at Rotterdam School of Management. Nathalie also owns SALT, a coaching practice focused on leveraging strengths for personal growth, and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Previously, Nathalie held significant roles in various coaching and organizational development organizations, including the International Coaching Federation, where Nathalie was a past president. Nathalie has completed advanced coaching certifications and has a master's degree in Human Nutrition & Health from Wageningen University & Research.
