Paul Munn

Paul Munn is a highly skilled Project Manager, Environmental Engineer, and Chemical Engineer with extensive experience in environmental consulting and public utilities management. At The Mannik & Smith Group, Inc. since 2004, Paul Munn has developed proposals and managed projects related to environmental services, emphasizing the preparation of permits and approvals. Previously, Paul Munn served as Special Projects Administrator for the City of Toledo, where negotiations for contaminated site settlements occurred, and remediation projects were managed. As the Commissioner of Water Reclamation for the City of Toledo from 1990 to 1994, Paul Munn oversaw a substantial operating budget and the management of a major wastewater treatment facility. Paul Munn holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and completed graduate studies in the same field with a focus on Environmental Engineering from The University of Toledo.
