Scott Bliss

Scott Bliss is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in various roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Padagis LLC, Scott previously held the position of Operations Transformation Leader at Cretex Medical, where oversight included leading cross-company sub-teams in operational excellence, ESG, EHS, and automation. As President and Vice President of Operations/COO at Innovize, Scott fostered a culture that enhanced the lives of over 210,000 users annually and contributed to the company's recognition as the 2021 Manufacturers Alliance Mid Sized Company Manufacturer of the Year. Earlier roles include Chief Technical Operations Officer at Anteris Technologies and Advisory Board Member and Instructor at Manufacturers Alliance, where Scott delivered multiple instructional sessions and podcasts focusing on operational metrics and talent retention. Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master's Degree in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas.
