May Astiani has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving in the Business Process Improvement role at Manulife Indonesia since October 2021. Previously, May held various positions at PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia, including Technical Underwriting – Medical & Non Medical Underwriter, Administration Data Processing, and Technical Underwriting – ZAP Underwriter, from November 2011 to August 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Sharia Department Officer at PT. Reasuransi Internasional Indonesia from October 2008 to September 2011. May holds a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi - STMA Trisakti (2012-2014) and a D3 in Insurance from the Institute of Risk Management and Insurance (2008-2011).
