Antonella Deo is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel, Global Governance, Investments and Transactions at Manulife, with additional roles including Senior Vice President and Global Head of Governance and Corporate Legal Affairs. Since joining Manulife in September 2013, Antonella has provided strategic direction and legal oversight for corporate secretarial functions and governance. Prior to Manulife, Antonella held significant positions at RBC from 2001 to July 2013, including Head of the Subsidiary Governance Office, where Antonella built a distinguished global governance team. Antonella's legal career began at Torys LLP from 1994 to 2001, where Antonella specialized in corporate finance transactions and securities law.
