Candice Caines-Francis

Candice Caines-Francis, CPA, CISA, CRMA, serves as the Head of Strategy Global Inforce Management at Manulife since September 2017, where the primary focus is on executing a portfolio optimization agenda aimed at increasing market capitalization by over $20 billion. Previously, Candice held the position of Director of Strategy, Planning & Governance at Manulife, enhancing Information Risk Management policies and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Audit Manager at the Office of the State Auditor, leading compliance reviews for Massachusetts state agencies, and various roles at Boston Financial Data Services, OneBeacon Insurance, PwC, and BNY Mellon, all with a strong emphasis on auditing and financial management. Candice holds an MBA in Accounting from Suffolk University and a BA in Human Services, Spanish from Simmons University.
