Nura Rajabi

Nura Rajabi is an experienced event operations manager and entrepreneur with a strong background in project management, administrative support, and real estate. Currently serving as Manager of Event Operations at Manulife, Nura oversees planning, coordination, and execution of colleague experiences and manages event logistics. As the owner of Xclusive Organization Solutions, Nura specializes in administrative assistance, professional organizing, and social media management, particularly in real estate marketing. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Engel & Völkers Waterloo Region, where Nura played a key role in launching a new real estate brokerage, and various positions in property management and real estate sales. Nura holds a Bachelor of Technology in Architecture - Project & Facility Management and a Master’s Certification in Event Management & Wedding Planning.
