Niamh Kelly

Niamh Kelly currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Maples Group since April 2021 and has also held the position of HR Director EMEA. Prior to this role, Niamh was the CHRO and HR & OD Consulting Principal at Independent from July 2017 to March 2021, and served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at National Broadband Ireland from January 2019 to May 2020. Niamh gained significant experience at Hibernia Networks, where roles included SVP Organizational Development and VP Human Resources from March 2007 to January 2017. Earlier career highlights include positions as Human Resources Director at Sitel and HR Business Partner, HR Service Delivery Manager, and HR Executive at BT. Niamh began career in the HR field as an HR Administrator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Niamh holds a degree in HRM from the National College of Ireland and a BA in English and History from University College Dublin.
