Jill Ramshaw

Jill Ramshaw is vice president, Human Resources for Marathon Oil Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the human resources organization, which is made up of business partner teams, talent acquisition, talet development and total rewards. She joined Marathon Oil in November 2011.
