Pat Wagner

Pat Wagner is the EVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Marathon Oil. Prior to joining Marathon Oil, Wagner served as the Senior Vice President of the Western Business Unit at Quantum Resources Management, LLC from February 2012 to April 2014. Prior to their time at Quantum Resources Management, Wagner was the Managing Director at Scotia Waterous from November 2010 to January 2012.

Wagner began their career in the oil and gas industry at Exxon in June 1988 as a Project Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for operations reservoir engineering in South Texas with surveillance duties for eight producing fields. Pat left Exxon in April 1990 to join The Scotia Group as their Senior Vice President. Pat remained with The Scotia Group until May 2000 when they left to join Ocean Energy as their Manager of International Exploitation. Pat remained with Ocean Energy until May 2003 when they joined Devon Energy as their Vice President of the Gulf of Mexico. Wagner remained with Devon Energy until August 2010 when they joined Scotia Waterous as their Managing Director.

Pat Wagner received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the same school.

Their manager is Lee Tillman, President & CEO. They are on a team with Mike Henderson - SVP, Operations, Dale Kokoski - VP, Operations, and Kim Warnica - SVP, General Counsel.
