Adrian P. Mollo is the SVP, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at March of Dimes. Prior to joining March of Dimes, they were a partner at Dentons US LLP where they were a member of the firm's Corporate Department with a focus on life sciences, intellectual property, and technology. Adrian has also served as the General Counsel of Osiris Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology firm, where they were responsible for all corporate and commercial transactions, including contract negotiations and records management, business disputes, litigation, and investigations. Adrian has nearly two decades of legal experience, including as a lead IP licensing attorney for various multi-nationals and R&D companies and as general counsel of a publicly traded, fully integrated regenerative medicine company. Adrian has extensive experience in advising private and publicly traded businesses, academic institutions, inventors, and start-ups in a variety of matters.

Adrian P. Mollo received their Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Adrian also holds a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Philosophy - Honors Program from Winthrop University.
