Michelle Alero Adeniyi

Michelle Alero Adeniyi is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Maternal and Child Health at March of Dimes, focusing on community-driven initiatives to enhance maternal and infant health outcomes. Additionally, Michelle is a Development Chair and Board Member at The M. Kukoyi Foundation and founded MADE Events, LLC, where Michelle Alero is the Chief Experience Officer. Past roles include being a Staff Nurse at Palos Heights Rehabilitation, a Senior Business System Analyst at Abbott, a Project Specialist for the Alzheimer's Association®'s Walk to End Alzheimer's, a Health Unit Coordinator at Franciscan Health, and various consulting positions in healthcare technology. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Career and Organizational Studies from Eastern Illinois University, an Associate of Science from Parkland College, and completed LPN training at Adonis College of Nursing.
