Patricia Ruelas Guillen

Patricia Ruelas Guillen, M.A., serves as the Director of Instructional Services at Maricopa Community Colleges, where a strong focus is placed on curriculum development and faculty professional growth to enhance student success through innovative educational technology and large-scale academic programs. Additionally, Patricia is an adjunct faculty member at Glendale Community College and a business faculty member at the University of Dubuque. As a business owner of Social PHX, LLC, efforts are directed towards helping local businesses manage their social media marketing. Previous leadership roles include Curriculum Dean at Zenith Education Group, Dean of Business at Everest University Online, and Academic Chair at Everest College-Phoenix, where significant contributions were made to curriculum development, student retention plans, and academic program assessments. Patricia holds an ABD in Education from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
