Tomi Ghazal

Tomi Ghazal is a seasoned Civil Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s Degree from the American University of Beirut. With experience spanning over two decades, Tomi has been serving Maricopa County since March 2007, where responsibilities include reviewing engineering contract documents in accordance with County Specifications and Standards prior to construction bid advertising. Prior to this role, Tomi worked at Mountain Service Corporation from March 1997 to April 2006 as a Designer and Project Engineer, specializing in the preparation of residential, commercial, and industrial site plans using Autodesk and Microsoft software.
