Previously, they held key leadership roles at Marina Bay Sands, including Executive Director of Hotel Operations and Vice President, where they oversaw substantial hotel operations and led significant strategic initiatives. PEK also managed hotel operations across various prestigious properties, including Melco Crown Entertainment and Swissotel, contributing to numerous successful pre-opening teams. They earned a Master of Business Administration in International Hospitality and Service Industry Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2012 to 2016.
