Sharon J. Stanczak

Sharon J. Stanczak, CFRE, is the Chief Advancement Officer at the Marine Biological Laboratory and has over 25 years of progressive experience in advancement, communications, and public affairs. Previously, Sharon served as the Vice President for External Relations at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research and the Director of Major Gifts at the Folger Shakespeare Library. Sharon’s expertise includes leadership, building a philanthropic community, major gifts, and organizational strategy. Currently, Sharon is pursuing education at the University of Maryland College Park.
