Steve Neumann

Steve Neumann is a seasoned collections executive with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Collections at Marine Credit Union since September 2018, Steve has successfully led the centralization of collection and loss mitigation activities, resulting in a 42% reduction in delinquency over 18 months for a highly credit-sensitive portfolio. Previous roles include Director/VP positions at In Transition and Green Tree Servicing, where Steve focused on delinquency resolution, asset retention, and regulatory compliance.
