Jacalyn Gillis

Jacalyn Gillis, CMP, DES, currently serves as Meeting Event Manager II at Maritz Global Events, where responsibilities include managing large-scale meeting operations, client budget oversight, and fostering relationships with clients and suppliers to create exceptional event experiences. Prior to this role, Jacalyn held the position of Director of Special Events at Nemetz Ventures, successfully executing numerous high-end events and multi-day trips. Previous experience includes roles in various organizations, where Jacalyn demonstrated strong event management, vendor negotiation, and budget management skills. Jacalyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology/Anthropology from Lake Forest College.
