Alexis Demetriou

Alexis Demetriou is a seasoned Technical IT Systems Engineer at Marlow Navigation since September 2025, with a robust background in technical support and network management. Previously held the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer at World-Link Communications, Inc. from February 2022 to September 2025, demonstrating expertise in configuring and managing Cisco switches, DNS, VLANs, TCP/IP, and NAT, as well as troubleshooting network issues. Prior experience as a System Administrator with the Army National Guard from November 2016 to February 2022 involved maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware issues, and monitoring network performance. Additionally, experience as a Project Architect at CRP Security Systems in early 2015 focused on designing and optimizing network infrastructures, including LAN, WAN, and cloud networking. Alexis holds a Diploma of Education in Information Technology and Networking from Cyprus College, completed in 2016.
