Ajeesh R is currently the Multi Property Assistant Director of Human Resources at Marriott International, where they focus on HR operations and people management. Previously, Ajeesh served as a Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, participating in the preopening team and managing entire HR functions on task forces. Their hospitality career began with an Industrial Exposure Training at Ramada Hotel, followed by various roles with The Leela Palaces and CGH Earth, where Ajeesh developed expertise in recruitment, training, and organizational development.
