Previously, Magdy held key positions at notable organizations including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, IHG, and Kempinski, where they demonstrated expertise in sales negotiations, marketing communications, and talent development. Magdy holds a Bachelor’s degree in hotel management from The Egyptian Higher Institute For Tourism and Hotel Management and had concluded a certificate of achievements in sales and marketing from the American University.
